Abstract
The development of financial technology has increased the use of digital wallets, one of which is ShopeePay, as a convenient payment method among college students. Although the user rate is high, there are still issues regarding data security, potential account misuse, and a lack of clear understanding of the factors that drive students to use ShopeePay in digital transactions. This paper aims to find out how often ShopeePay is used, what factors influence its use, and how intensively ShopeePay is used among university students. The method used is quantitative descriptive, with data collected through a Google Form questionnaire distributed to 59 university students who are ShopeePay users. The data is analyzed using descriptive analysis based on the percentage of answers provided by the respondents. The results of this writing show that ShopeePay is considered easy to use, offering benefits like convenience, speed, and efficiency in transactions, as well as presenting attractive promotions. Additionally, most respondents feel safe and have confidence in ShopeePay's security system. The high usage rate indicates that ShopeePay has become one of the main digital payment tools for meeting university students' daily transaction needs. Ease of use, benefits, and security and trust are the main reasons university students choose ShopeePay.
