Abstract
The development of digital zakat platforms in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth alongside the increasing adoption of Islamic financial technology. Nevertheless, the substantial national zakat potential has not been fully matched by public trust in distributing zakat through digital platforms. This study aims to examine the influence of zakat literacy, data security, and platform credibility on public trust in digital zakat platforms in the Jabodetabek region. This research employs a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The sample consists of 100 respondents who are actual and potential users of digital zakat platforms in Jabodetabek. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 26 through multiple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that zakat literacy, data security, and platform credibility have a positive and significant effect on public trust in digital zakat platforms. Among these variables, data security emerges as the most dominant factor influencing public trust, highlighting the critical importance of personal data protection and transaction security in strengthening public confidence in digital zakat services.
