Abstract
Reading culture is an important factor ini personal development. In 2024, Tingkat Gembar Membaca or Reading Intrest in Bogor was at a moderate level (50.98), showing the need of improvement. Perpustakaan & Galeri Kota Bogor has a vision to improve community’s reading culture. Public Relations team support this vision through implementation Cyber Public Relations strategy. This research aims to understand and describe Cyber PR stratey used by Perpustakaan Bogor. A qualitative descriptive method was applied, using observation and interview to collect data. The results show that startegy includes social media and website publications, answer message or comment on social media, external collaborations, and campaign “Wisata Pustakaloka”. This strategy helped increase public engagement and strengthened Library’s image while supporting efforts to grow reading culture. However, the stratey still needs improvement, especially in terms of responsiveness, crafting message tailored to different audience segments and consistent content across all social media platforms.
