Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, employee engagement, and workload on the performance of PT employees. Jakarta Transportation. The main problem faced is a decrease in employee performance caused by job dissatisfaction, lack of employee engagement, and inappropriate workload. This research uses a quantitative method with a random sampling technique of 98 respondents, namely active employees at PT. Jakarta Transportation. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SmartPLS application. The research results show that job satisfaction, employee engagement, and workload have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. High job satisfaction and optimal employee engagement increase motivation and productivity. Conversely, an inappropriate workload can reduce performance.
