Abstract
This research is a quantitative study conducted to determine the influence of Culture Organization, Work-life Balance, and Compensation on Employee Loyalty. The study involved a sample of 65 permanent employees at Bank BNI Jakarta Pusat. The sampling method used was Total Sampling, which included all permanent employees from three divisions at Bank BNI Jakarta Pusat with a minimum tenure of one year or more. Data processing was performed using SmartPLS 4.0, applying the SEM-PLS analysis technique with a significance level of 0.05. The results obtained from the analysis were: (1) Organizational Culture does not have a significant influence on Employee Loyalty, (2) Work-life Balance has a positive and significant influence on Employee Loyalty, and (3) Compensation has a positive and significant influence on Employee Loyalty.
