Abstract

This paper aims to learn the value of use of ShopeePay digital wallets based on the perception of convenience, security perception, motivation of use and usability perception among students of UPN Faculty of Economics and Business “Veteran” Jakarta forces 2020-2021. In this writing, the author uses a quantitative method of surveys to gather relevant data. Primary data was obtained directly through a questionnaire distributed using the Google Form to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business of UPN “Veteran” Jakarta. The author used descriptive statistics to analyze the data, presenting it in graphical and percentage form to give aclear picture. The result of this writing is to show that the majority of students of UPN Faculty of Economics and Business Veteran Jakarta forces 2020-2021 use ShopeePay as an online payment medium. The ShopeePay platform is rated to have high usage value because it provides ease in making various types of payments and transactions. The motivation for using ShopeePay is reflected in various promotional events and flexible features such as the SPayLater offered. However, there are doubts about the security of ShopeePay 's system even though it comes with some security features. Despite this, ShopeePay is rated easy to use by users as it is accessible via smartphones and rarely encounters problems when used. Keywords : Online Payment Medium, Digital Wallet, ShopeePay
