Abstract
Income for MSMEs is very important to know whether there is progress or setbacks in the business being run. Digitalization and financial literacy are two important aspects that influence the development of MSMEs in facing changes in the digital era. This research aims to find out whether there is an impact of e-commerce, digital payment, and financial literacy on MSME income. This research uses quantitative methods with a sample of MSME actors who have implemented e-commerce and digital payment and have been operating for at least 1 year. The sampling technique is determined by purposive sampling with a total sample of 103 respondents. The data was processed and tested using the SEM-PLS method with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of this research show that variable e-commerce, digital payment and financial literacy has a significant positive impact on MSME income.
