Abstract

Employee performance has an important role for the company where, this high performance will have a good influence on the company because of good performance, employees will do good and maximum work so that it can have a positive impact on the company. Employee performance is greatly influenced by various things, especially with the leadership style in a company, work experience from employees and compensation received by employees. This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, work experience and compensation on employee performance at PT. Logistic One Solution. This research was conducted using quantitative methods with data collection techniques using questionnaires to employees of the operational department at PT. Logistic One Solution. The data analysis technique used in this study used Structural Equation Modeling or SEM based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Data analysis measurements will use the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the research through the results of tests that have been carried out on the variables Leadership Style, Work Experience, and Compensation for Employee Performance, can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence of Work Experience on Employee Performance of PT Logistic One Solution.
