Abstract
This research is quantitative research with the aim of finding out and proving the influence of Career Development, Job Security and Compensation on employee Turnover Intention at PT XYZ. The method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis. In this research, each variable is measured based on the indicators of each dependent variable (Y) and independent variable (X) using the Likert scale method. The population in this study were employees at PT XYZ. The population used in this research was 168 employees. The sample in this study used 118. The data collection technique used a questionnaire via Google Forms. Hypothesis testing in this study used the partial least squares method using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research showed that (1) the Career Development variable had a significant influence on the Turnover Intention variable, (2) the Job Security variable had a significant influence on the Turnover Intention variable, and (3) the Career Development, Job Security and Compensation variables both had an influence. significant to the Turnover Intention variable.
