Abstract
PT Paragon Pratama Teknologi, a startup in the services sector, produces modern and effective out-of-home mobile advertising products to reach a wide audience. Given the presence of competitors with similar products, proper quality control is crucial to ensure product superiority. This qualitative and descriptive research uses NVivo 14 for data analysis, collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and literature studies to provide a comprehensive overview. The research aims to analyze the implementation of quality control and the effectiveness of the StickEarn application's reporting system used by PT Paragon Pratama Teknologi. The findings show that quality control is applied at every operational stage, from design and production to installation and reporting. However, this process is often disrupted by human error in the operational division, which can affect the final outcome. Nonetheless, the company continues to strive to improve quality by providing solutions and guarantees for any issues that arise.
