Abstract
This research used quantitative methods, carried out at PT Catur Mitra Sejati Sentosa (Mitra10), which is located at Jl. Siliwangi Blok SH No.17, Pamulang Boulevard, Pamulang District, South Tangerang City, Banten 15417. This research aims to determine and prove the influence of discipline on turnover intention, the influence of career development on turnover intention, and the influence of workload on turnover intention. The sampling technique used was total sampling, with a population of all employees at the 10 Siliwangi Pamulang branch partners totaling 50 people, using descriptive analysis of the mean (average). Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The test results obtained in this research are (1) Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Turnover Intention, then (2) Career development has no effect on Turnover Intention (3) Workload has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. The implications of this research are that theoretically and practically, the information in the research is expected to increase insight in the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management, as material for thought and consideration in solving existing problems. The contribution of this research is to help Mitra10 in overcoming problems, especially in terms of Turnover Intention, Discipline, Career Development and Workload.
