Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has made many shops that were originally sold offline, now switch online. Because the development of this technology has a good impact on the business being run. Mora Petshop, which is engaged in sales and services for pets, is still conducting the process of ordering baths and grooming manually via WhatsApp and the reporting process is still using a ledger. Based on this, the author will design and also build a website-based information system to facilitate the work of Mora Petshop in the ordering process and can also provide real-time information between the shop and customers who want to place an order. The method used by the author is the Waterfall Method with problem identification using the PIECES method, PHP programming language using the Laravel framework, the database used is Adminer, and ends with testing with the black box testing method. With the development of this website-based application, Mora Petshop has been able to order baths and grooming and can also print out package order reports easily.
