Abstract

The workshop is a business that provides after-sales services in the automotive sector. Many workshops that exist today have used technological advances in their business such as providing online-based services such as ordering via the web for vehicle repairs and so on. However, until now, the process and data collection at the Ricardo Matic workshop are still being done manually. With the desire to advance the Ricardo Matic workshop, this research is needed to build a car repair and maintenance service application at the web-based Ricardo Matic workshop which is built using the waterfall method and programming languages PHP and HTML and uses MySQL for data collection. With this application, Ricardo Matic's repair shop can carry out service management for car repair and maintenance even better and benefit both parties, namely the repair shop and also its consumers. Because by using this application, consumers will be able to make reservations to make services from the Ricardo Matic workshop without having to go to the workshop before and be able to find out information related to vehicle service through this application. Based on the test results of this service application, the overall functions of the application that have been made have run well.
