Abstract

Stress experienced by nurses at work has the highest level of nursing care services, this condition arises due to demands from the hospital regarding the quality of service and the lack of interaction with colleagues so that it often causes conflict. Whereas conflict always gives color to every life, from small conflict to big conflict, and this condition often results in different perceptions, different opinions and different interests of each individual. This study aims to determine the relationship of conflict with work stress nurses at Asri Medika Cikarang Hospital. Method This research method is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional approach. Sampling uses a total sampling technique with a total of 30 respondents. Chi-square test results obtained p-value = 0,000 (p-value <0.05), which means there is a significant relationship between conflict with work stress nurses at Asri Medika Cikarang Hospital. In carrying out their duties, professional nurses are expected to be able to take responsibility in their profession, and to create a more conducive atmosphere, so as not to cause work stress caused by conflict, so as to provide better service quality.
