Abstract
K-Pop fandoms have long been associated with negative stereotypes such as fanaticism, parasocial relationships, and harmful online behavior, which often causes their social contributions to be overlooked. However, the phenomenon of fan activism demonstrates that fan communities are also capable of mobilizing their collective power for philanthropic purposes, as exemplified by Greencitzen. Greencitzen is a digital-based collective movement organization that emerged from a fandom community, with a focus on carrying out humanitarian actions. This study aims to examine the influence of trust, attitude, and subjective norms on donation intention toward Greencitzen, using the Theory of Reasoned Action (TRA) as its theoretical framework. This study employs a quantitative approach through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 followers of Greencitzen's social media accounts who were aware of the donation information shared by Greencitzen. The collected data were processed using SPSS 26. The results show that trust and attitude have a significant effect on donation intention, while subjective norms have no significant effect on donation intention. In addition, the findings also reveal that trust has a significant effect on attitude.
