Abstract
This study aims to determine, analyze, and examine the influence of work environment, workload, and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at PT STL Oils Industries. The population in this study consists of employees working at PT STL Oils Industries, with a sample of 40 respondents aged 17 years and above who are actively working in Dumai, Riau Province, selected using a purposive sampling method. This research applies a quantitative approach and utilizes SmartPLS 4.0 software for data analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Work Environment has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, (2) Workload has no significant effect on employee job satisfaction, and (3) Organizational Culture has a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction at PT STL Oils Industries.
