Abstract
Non-formal educational institutions have responded to the rapid development of information technology in the modern era by adopting integrated information systems. One example is LKP Mustika Wangi, which still uses outdated administrative methods to record student and teacher data, as well as class schedules and reports. Consequently, various issues have arisen, including the inability to systematically assess training progress through interviews and observations, delays in data processing, and the risk of lost records or inaccurate documentation. The comprehensive digitization of business processes, including registration, scheduling, payment transactions, monitoring of training progress, and the automatic issuance of certificates, is the objective of the web-based Driving Course Management Information System in this study. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is the method used for system development. This method includes the following phases: requirements planning, user design, construction, and migration. To support this, the PIECES analysis was used to identify system weaknesses and formulate requirements for the proposed system. To ensure that every function works as expected, the system was tested using a Black Box Testing approach and built using the Laravel framework with a MySQL database. The results show that this technology can streamline administrative tasks, simplify data management, and improve service quality, all through an integrated online system.
