Abstract
The advancement of information technology has greatly influenced the tourism sector, particularly in the reservation and promotion systems of accommodations. Villa EFF Pangrango View, located in the Puncak tourism area, still relies on manual methods such as phone calls and WhatsApp for reservations, as well as social media for promotions. This approach often causes delayed confirmations, unstructured data records, and limited access to information for potential guests. This study aims to design a web-based information system to support the digitalization of villa reservation and promotion services. The research applies the Waterfall method, consisting of requirement analysis, system design using UML, development using the Laravel framework and Tailwind CSS, and functional testing through black-box testing. The resulting system is expected to simplify the reservation process, schedule management, and integrated promotional delivery, thereby improving operational efficiency and user experience.
