Abstract
Daily activity reporting at Agen46 has been done manually, resulting in delays, data errors, and challenges in the recapitulation and monitoring process for linked parties. Based on these conditions, the purpose of this research is to design and execute a web-based Agen46 daily activity reporting application using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to speed up the development process and tailor the system to the demands of the users. The application was built on the FilamentPHP framework, which has two primary panels: the Admin Panel, which is used by the Admin and RAG teams to manage user data, master data, and access rights (roles and permissions). The BTL team uses the RM Panel to record commitment activities, while RM and RAG manage daily reports and export the results to Excel format. The study's findings demonstrate that the developed system is capable of increasing the effectiveness of the reporting process, minimizing data input errors, speeding up the recapitulation process, and making it easier to monitor Agen46's daily activities.
