Abstract
Currently, marketing and operations at Kos Barkah rely entirely on manual communication, where boarding house bookings and payments are handled via WhatsApp. This method is often inefficient as prospective tenants must wait for admin replies to obtain room information, and there is a risk of errors in verifying manual transfer proofs. This study aims to build a web-based boarding house booking information system as a solution for digital marketing and operational management. Using the Waterfall method, the application is developed with the Laravel Framework and utilizes Filament for a modern admin interface. The key solution offered is the integration of Midtrans Payment Gateway, which automates payment verification without the need to send transfer proofs. As a result, this system makes it easier for tenants to access information quickly and helps the owner manage multi-branch data more accurately.
