Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of Employee Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Koperasi XYZ. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire given to 50 respondents working in various divisions. The data collected was analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, R-square, path analysis, t-tests, and significance testing between variables using the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results of the study show that: (1) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (2) Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (3) The Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. These findings confirm that employee engagement, the ability to manage emotions, and a conducive work environment are important factors that can encourage improved individual performance. This study is expected to serve as a reference for management in developing strategies to improve performance through strengthening psychological aspects and improving working conditions.
