Abstract
This research aims to find out and learn how communication patterns that occur online in an organization, what are the obstacles, and solutions that can be a reference and applied in various other organizations. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using netnography method. Data collection was carried out using primary data in the form of in-depth interviews, and secondary data such as a collection of books, journals, and documentation relevant to this research problem. Data analysis techniques in this study by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing and testing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the communication patterns that occur in online volunteering at Doteens are all channel patterns, the communication process between volunteers takes place secondarily by utilizing communication media such as Whatsapp, Zoom Meeting, and Google Meet. The barriers found are behavioral barriers.
