Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of training, achievement motivation, and job satisfaction on the performance of millennial employees in DKI Jakarta, with competence as a mediating variable. As the largest segment of today’s workforce, millennials face challenges in maintaining optimal performance, particularly amid rapid technological advancements and relatively low organizational loyalty. This research adopts a quantitative approach using survey methods and path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships between the variables. The findings indicate that training, achievement motivation, and job satisfaction have a positive direct effect on employee performance. Furthermore, competence significantly mediates the influence of these three variables on performance. These results highlight the importance of human resource management strategies that include quality training, a satisfying work environment, and the empowerment of employee competencies to enhance millennial workforce performance. This study contributes both theoretically and practically to the development of modern HRM strategies.
