Abstract

This study employs a quantitative research method with a descriptive analysis technique and was conducted at PT Lynas Medikal. The primary objective of this study is to examine and confirm the influence of work motivation, work environment, and compensation on employee job satisfaction at PT Lynas Medikal. The population in this study consists of employees of PT Lynas Medikal, with a total sample of 37 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. The data analysis method used is Partial Least Squares (PLS), processed through the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The findings of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and compensation also has a positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction of employees at PT Lynas Medikal.
