Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of digital literacy, ease of use, and perceived risk on the decision to use the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). The background of this research is based on the increasing adoption of QRIS in Indonesia as a practical and efficient digital payment method. However, some segments of society still face obstacles in adopting the technology. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. Primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 160 respondents who are active QRIS users. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of SmartPLS software. The results show that digital literacy and ease of use have a significant effect on the decision to use QRIS. This means that the higher the level of digital literacy and perceived ease, the more likely individuals are to decide to use QRIS. On the other hand, perceived risk does not have a significant effect, indicating that users’ concerns about potential risks are not the main factor in their decision-making process. This study supports the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), which suggests that technology adoption is influenced by perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use.
