Abstract

The quality of content, accuracy, ease of use, appearance, and timeliness of Electronic Medical Records still have problems in their implementation, especially incomplete information on patient treatment history and limited features in EMR. In 2022, a survey was conducted by the Indonesian Hospital Association, which found that 50% of 3000 hospitals in Indonesia were still implementing EMR and only 16% were implementing it properly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between EMR quality and user satisfaction using the End-User Computing Satisfaction model. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design conducted on 80 active employees using EMR at RS Dik Pusdikkes Jakarta from April to June 2025. The dependent variable (user satisfaction) and independent variables (gender, education level, length of service, age, content, accuracy, appearance, timeliness and ease of use) were analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between content quality, accuracy, ease of use, appearance, and timeliness with user satisfaction. The five EUCS models related to the quality of EMR are related to user satisfaction so that hospitals need to make improvements to the poor quality in their implementation to increase user satisfaction.
