Abstract
This study aims to explore interpersonal communication between managers and influencers in developing content on the TikTok social media platform. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research delves into the experiences and interactions between the two parties. The findings reveal that effective interpersonal communication, encompassing openness, empathy, supportive behavior, positive behavior, and equality, plays a crucial role in creating and developing innovative content. Additionally, challenges such as differences in perception and lack of empathy are identified as barriers that can impact communication effectiveness. By understanding these communication patterns, this study is expected to provide theoretical and practical contributions to managing working relationships between managers and influencers, particularly in the digital era.
