Abstract

This research analyzes the user experience (UX) of the RRQ Top up application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method. The UEQ evaluates six aspects of user experience: Attractiveness, Perspicuity, Efficiency, Dependability, Stimulation, and Novelty. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to 70 respondents who had used the RRQ Top up application, selected using a convenience sampling method. The results indicated that 55% of respondents were aged between 18-25 years, with 65% providing positive feedback on their experience. The analysis using the UEQ Scale (Differential Semantic Scale) showed that Efficiency and Dependability scored the highest, while Novelty received a lower score. These results suggest that the RRQ Top up application is effective in terms of ease of use and reliability but needs improvements in design innovation. This study can serve as a reference for developers to enhance user interface quality and improve user satisfaction
