Hypertension is a disease that often occurs in the community and is chronic, therefore hypertension needs to be prevented by improving a healthy lifestyle with good self-management to overcome hypertension. Therefore, to improve self management for the better by using technology-based applications that are easily accessible anytime and anywhere. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the Ht.Co (Hypertension Control) Application on self management and blood pressure in patients with hypertension. This research design uses pre-experimental with a one group pre-test post-test design approach using the Ht.Co (Hypertension Control) application as an intervention medium. The sampling technique used non probability with purposive sampling method as many as 23 respondents. This research was conducted for 21 days. Data collection using the Hypertension Self Management Behavior Questionnaire (HSMBQ). Based on the results of the analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the effect of the Ht.Co (Hypertension Control) application on self-management and blood pressure before and after the intervention was obtained (p-value = 0.000 <0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Ht.Co (Hypertension Control) application on self-management and blood pressure already in people with hypertension. therefore the Ht.Co (Hypertension Control) application can be a complementary therapy for people with hypertension to lower blood pressure
