Abstract

One of the things that plays a role in improving joint services in hospitals is the existence of nurses' work motivation. Nurses are required to understand patients, families, and communities to improve the quality and standards of health services, which are influenced by personality types. Conflict in murder is a very crucial health problem. Exposure to ongoing conflict in organizations causes decreased productivity and the creation of damage to the organizational environment. This study aims to determine the relationship between personality types and interpersonal conflicts with nurses' work motivation at Cileungsi General Hospital. This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional approach design and purposive sampling technique with 124 respondents. The analysis was carried out using the Chi-Square test, with the results that there was no significant relationship between personality types and nurses' work motivation (ρ-value = 1.735), and there was no significant relationship between interpersonal conflicts and nurses' work motivation (ρ-value = 7.526). Hospital management is also expected to be able to maintain and improve nurses' work motivation so that care can be provided more optimally
