Abstract
Mantappu Corp is one of the talent management companies in Indonesia that has talents who live or come from different regions and countries, thus requiring the manager of the talent to work remotely. Because of frequent long-distance communication, there are communication problems between managers and talents, so managers expect themselves and talents to be more open. Therefore, this research focuses on the interpersonal communication of managers and talents during long-distance communication. The aim is to understand the interpersonal communication of Mantappu Corp. managers and their talents in building effective communication during long-distance communication. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection techniques in the form of interviews. The results showed that Mantappu Corp. managers and talents make their communication effective by always communicating what they are feeling and supporting each other. Even though they have their own busy schedules, they also always take the time to communicate. This is due to the mutual trust and personal closeness between them.
