Abstract

Hypertension is a condition in which a person's systolic blood pressure is 140 mmHg or higher and their diastolic blood pressure is 90 mmHg or higher, as determined through repeated examinations. Hypertension is also the main cause of cardiovascular disease that affects patients, such as heart failure, heart attacks, kidney disease, and even stroke, and its prevalence continues to increase. This research aims to implement family care services for hypertension patients. This research uses a case study method for cases related to family care and focuses on family members suffering from hypertension, especially Mrs. R. The conclusion that can be drawn from Mrs. R's case is that parenting problems can be resolved through good and correct family care. The advice that can be given is to continue to provide motivation and enthusiasm and remind each other to look after and treat family members who suffer from hypertension.
