Abstract
"Mitra Bhakti" Clinic is a health service provider that strives to provide the best service to its patients. However, with the increasing volume of patients, the challenges in managing administration and ensuring the efficiency of the service process are becoming greater. The aim of this study is to propose a computerized and structured system for the outpatient process of the "Mitra Bhakti" Clinic with a focus on increasing the efficiency of the patient registration process and integrating all outpatient processes into one efficient system from registration to payment. The research methodology includes data collection through literature review, observation, and interviews, as well as system analysis using the PIECES and the Waterfall approach. The implementation of this system is expected to facilitate the management of patient medical data, speed up the service process, and increase patient satisfaction.
