Abstract
Hypertension is a critical worldwide medical condition, with serious effects on individuals prosperity. This study expected to assess the connection between the degree of adherence to taking drug and circulatory strain dependability in hypertensive patient. this study utilized a correlational insightful exploration plan. The plan utilized was a review companion study including 102 hypertensive patients who were going through treatment at the Cinere Wellbeing Center. Prescription adherence information were estimated utilizing the MMAS-8 survey and connected to pulse information that cloud be seen from the patient & aposclinical record. The consequencesof the examination showed that there was a critical connection between the degree of adherence to taking medicine and pulse strenght ih hypertensive patients at the Cinere Wellbeing Centerin 2023. Patients who realiby took medicine as per doctor, guidlines showed critical improvment in circulatory strain control contrasted with rebellious patients. In order to lower the likehood of health complications associated with high blood pressure, efforts to educate and support patients need to be increasead in order to increase patient awarness and treatment adherence.
