Abstract
The potential for zakat collection in the DKI Jakarta area is significantly greater compared to other provinces, yet its realization rate remains low. The establishment of the Zakat Management Organization is highly crucial to enhancing zakat collection. Consequently, the ZMO must ensure its performance is optimal and aligned with Sharia principles. The aim of this research is to identify the partial and simultaneous influence of Islamic Brand Image and Duta OPZ on the interest in paying zakat. The research methodology employs a quantitative approach involving a population consisting of individuals who act as muzakki at ZMO DKI Jakarta. Sample selection is done using purposive sampling techniques, obtaining data from questionnaires with a total of 125 respondents. The data will be analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques. The findings reveal that 1) Islamic brand image significant positive influences the interest in paying zakat; 2) Duta OPZ also significant positive influences the interest in paying zakat; and 3) Islamic brand image combined with duta OPZ significant positive impacts the interest in paying zakat.
