Abstract
This research uses quantitative methods which aim to determine and prove the influence of workload, compensation and work-life balance on employee job satisfaction. The sample in this study was 68 employees of PT. XYZ. Data was collected through a questionnaire distributed to employees using Google Form. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis using the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The test results show that (1) workload has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, (2) compensation has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction, (3) work�life balance has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction.
