Abstract
The purpose of conducting this research is to see the variabels that influence employee performance. The variabels used are training, work environment, and job satisfaction. The population of the research conducted was employees of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Bekasi Main Branch Office. Determining the sample in this research used probability sampling and obtained 133 respondents. Data analysis uses the SmartPLS 3.0 application to carry out hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5%. The research conducted shows that, (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, (3) training has a positive effect on job satisfaction, (4) the work environment has a positive effect on job satisfaction. (5) Training has no effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. (6) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. (7) job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance.
