Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of dual role conflict, self-efficacy, and employee retention on employee performance among female Civil Servants who live in South Jakarta. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were female civil servants who live in South Jakarta. The sample used was 75 respondents using a purposive sampling technique and data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis using SmartPLS 3.0 software. Partial (T) and simultaneous (F) research hypothesis testing. The results of this research show that (1) dual role conflict has no effect and not significant on employee performance, (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) employee retention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) multiple role conflict, Self-efficacy and employee retention have a significant influence on employee performance among female Civil Servants who live in South Jakarta.
