Abstract
This research aims to evaluate how organizational culture and training influence employee motivation, as well as the impact of this motivation on their performance. Motivation is considered a key link that helps optimize employee contributions to the company as a whole. This study was conducted on employees of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jakarta Head Office, with samples taken from 6 divisions of the company. Data analysis includes grouping variables and determining respondent groups. Research findings confirm that organizational culture with motivation as a mediator has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, training with motivation as a mediator has a significant positive influence on employee performance, motivation as a mediator is seen as having a significant positive influence on employee performance.
