Abstract

This research is a quantitative study conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Job Characteristics, Professionalism, and Organizational Climate on Employee Loyalty. The research was conducted using 62 samples of permanent employees at Bank BTN Jakarta Cawang Branch Office. Sample selection using purposive sampling, namely employees who have a minimum service period of 1 year or long enough. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, partial t test, coefficient of determination test, and predictive relevance test, and uses SmartPLS 4.0 tools, with a significance level of 0.05. The results obtained from the test are (1) Job Characteristics have a positive and significant influence on Employee Loyalty, (2) Professionalism has no significant effect on Employee Loyalty, and (3) Organizational Climate has no significant effect on Employee Loyalty.
