Abstract

Legal issues often arise in the realm of consumer protection law that one of them is in the field of the problem of parking. The problems of parking which is often encountered in everyday life one of which is the loss of vehicle and/or accessories as a result of using the services of the park which is managed by the park managers formal private sector, namely in this case PT. Dinamika Mitra Pratama with the name of the Best Parking. Best Parking as a provider of parking services should meet the elements of its obligations as an agency provider of parking services in accordance with the Law No.8 year 1999 about Consumer Protection. In practice the parties of the Best Parking is not based on Law No.8 year 1999 about Consumer Protection so that there are still many lost vehicle and/or accessories that are suffered by the consumers in this case that override the Sdr. Ir. Vovo Budiman who are experiencing loss of vehicles type of car when parked in the car park which is managed by PT Dinamika Mitra Pratama that is Best Parking. The research method used is normative juridical. Approach problems using the legislation approach and case approach, the main source is derived from the literature and using secondary data sources that were analyzed qualitatively. The manager of parking services PT. The dynamics of the Primary Partners in this case have the responsibility for the negligence that resulted in the loss of the vehicle on the consumer Sdr. Ir. Vovo Budiman reservations may shift responsibility on the basis of the standard clause printed on the parking ticket and the consumer that is harmed is entitled to demand its rights in full with based on Law No. 8 Year 1999 about Consumer Protection.
