Abstract
A company has an application in the payroll system procedures as a support in the payment of employee salaries. One of them is by Payroll SOP. Understanding Salary itself is a reward for services provided by the agency to employees for services that have been issued. Payroll has the same goal as cash disbursement, which is to use human resources effectively and efficiently so as to create optimal performance so that the achievement of an organization's goals. The salary will be made procedures and salary processing starting from making a salary list until the salary is received by employees or commonly referred to as liquid SP2D. The Directorate General of Plants in this payroll procedure and processing uses the application of basic employee salaries where there are employee data, such as salary received, proof of deduction, tax return PPh 21, and so forth. the data is as a support in the payment of employee salaries. So there is a reduction in the amount of fraud that results in losses to the company and personal losses. It can be concluded that the Directorate General of Plants makes payment of employee salaries in accordance with Government Regulation No. 30 of 2015 which there regulate the Salaries of Civil Servants based on their respective classes.
