Abstract

The development of digital technology encourages banks to provide practical and efficient mobile banking services. Bank Mandiri and Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI) present Livin’ by Mandiri and Wondr by BNI as digital banking solutions with different features and approaches. The main objective of this writing is to provide information to customers regarding the usefulness and benefits of the available features in mobile banking services, so that customers can understand, utilize, and choose features that suit their daily financial transaction needs. The writing method uses a qualitative approach by collecting secondary data from various reliable sources, processing secondary data from scientific journals and relevant reports within the last five years. The results show that Livin’ by Mandiri is suitable for the daily transaction needs of retail customers, while Wondr by BNI is more appropriate for customers who need integrated management of savings, checking, and deposits. Understanding the features of each application helps mobile banking users according to their needs. In conclusion, although Livin’ by Mandiri and Wondr by BNI both offer comprehensive mobile banking services, Livin’ by Mandiri excels in terms of ease of use, application stability, and completeness of features for daily transactions. Compared to Wondr by BNI, which focuses on integrated business services, Livin’ by Mandiri is considered more practical and efficient for the majority of retail customers in managing their daily finances.
