Abstract

The rapidly evolving digital era has brought significant transformations to the trade sector, particularly in shifting consumer behaviour from traditional to digital shopping platforms. PT. Berlian Baja Nusantara still faces challenges in its marketing and order management systems, which rely on manual processes via WhatsApp, potentially leading to administrative errors and difficulties in transaction tracking. This study aims to develop a web-based sales information platform to streamline the ordering process and enhance the company's service quality. Business needs were evaluated using SWOT analysis, while system development adopted the waterfall approach. The system architecture was built utilizing MySQL for database management, ReactJS as the front-end library, and a combination of NodeJS, ExpressJS, and TailwindCSS as development frameworks. System testing through the black box method confirmed that the application functions optimally, not only improving sales efficiency but also facilitating the customer ordering process and supporting the company's vision.
