Abstract

The development of technology and information sources has influenced public interest and participation in digital activities, including philanthropic efforts through the Kitabisa platform, which has shown significant growth over five consecutive years. However, in the past two years, Kitabisa has not published financial reports publicly. This study aims to analyze the influence of ZISWAF's ease of technology, accountability, and literacy on the interest of the JABODETABEK community in donating through Kitabisa. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, using primary and secondary data. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to Muslim respondents in JABODETABEK. The sampling method used is probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique, involving 125 respondents. Data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS 4.0 for inner and outer model testing. The results indicate that the ease of technology, accountability, and ZISWAF literacy significantly influence the community's interest in donating through Kitabisa. This research implies that digital philanthropy platforms like Kitabisa should continue developing features and enhancing public accountability and literacy related to ZISWAF to maintain and increase public trust and participation.
