Abstract
This research is a quantitative study conducted at PT Sumber Batu. This study aims to determine and prove the effect of organizational culture on employee performance, the effect of the work environment on employee performance, and the effect of workload on employee performance. This research uses primary data with a sample of all employees of the Human Resource, Supply Chain, and Technical divisions at PT Sumber Batu as many as 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method through the Smart PLS 4.0 application. The test results obtained in this study indicate that (1) Work Culture has no effect and is not significant to Employee Performance; (2) Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; (3) Workload has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
