Abstract

This quantitative research aims to determine how work environment, workload, and compensation affect employee job satisfaction. The research sample was 79 permanent employees of Bank DKI East Jakarta. Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling is a random sampling method by considering existing levels. Data was processed with SmartPLS 4.0 and SEM-PLS analysis method with a significance level of 0.05. This study found that, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction
