Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how employee turnover intentions at PT XYZ are impacted by job stress, the workplace environment, and work life quality. All 55 workers of PT XYZ participated in the study using a quantitative methodology and a thorough sample procedure. Using SmartPLS 4.0 software, the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) was used to analyze the data. According to the study's findings, work-related stress significantly and favorably affects employees' intentions to leave their current position; in other words, the more stressed out workers are, the more likely they are to do so. Conversely, a positive work atmosphere can lessen employees' willingness to quit the organization, and it has a negative and significant impact on turnover intention. Employee turnover intention is negatively and significantly impacted by work life quality, suggesting that a high quality of work life might lower employees' intention to leave. In order to lower employee turnover rates, it is intended that these results will serve as the foundation for businesses as they develop practical measures for stress management, fostering a more encouraging work environment, and enhancing work-life balance.
