Abstract
Zakat maal is one of the important instruments in improving the welfare of the community and the development of Islamic economics. However, the potential of maal zakat in the Jabodetabek area is still not optimally utilized. This study aims to analyze the influence of religiosity, trust, and institutional image on muzaki's decision to pay maal zakat at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and uses a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The population of this research is muzaki who have paid zakat maal at BAZNAS Jabodetabek in the last two years. The data obtained has been analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this research hypothesis test show that religiosity has no effect on the decision to pay, trust has a positive effect on the decision to pay, while the image of the institution has a positive effect on the decision to pay.
