Abstract

This research uses quantitative methods, carried out at PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch Office. This research aims to determine and prove the influence of work life balance on job satisfaction, the influence of Employee Engagement on job satisfaction, and the influence of work climate on job satisfaction. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so that a sample of 75 employees was obtained. This data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. For the test results obtained in this research (1) work life balance has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (2) Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (3) work climate has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The implications of this research are that theoretically and practically, the information in the research is expected to increase insight in the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management, as material for thought and consideration in solving existing problems. The contribution of this research is to help PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk Bumi Serpong Damai Branch Office in overcoming problems, especially in terms of work life balance, employee engagement, and work climate on job satisfaction.
